Our newest Galilee Mission facility provides a positive sober living
environment for up to 6 men. As a natural step down from the Captain
Tom House, in this house a resident can live a non-structured yet
sober lifestyle. This house has minimal supervision yet keeps the
residents connected to the Mission.
Case management services and outpatient counseling are also
available to residents.
Clients are required to continue to participate in AA/NA, build
their local support network, and continue to pursue their recovery
journey. To become a resident, a person must have a continued focus
on sobriety, work full time and be able to pay the program fee. Stay
at this house is up to two years.
Many AA/NA meetings are available in the area, including the
Narragansett Beach meeting, which meets daily at 7am on Narragansett
This meeting is walking distance from the Mission, and is a
year-round favorite of many of our clients.
